Dear friends, it is important to note that the use of Salem and it's facilities is completely at own risk. Development of the project is still in progress, accessibility and full service amenities are currently limited.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Salem Biblical Garden via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway.
As such, the transaction will reflect as PayGenius: Salem Biblical Garden on your statement.
PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE TO ANY PERSON WHO
ACCESSES THESE PREMISES/THE FARM (“NOTICE”).

1. All persons entering the farm, make use of any of it facilities, or do any activities on the farm, do so at their own risk.
2. The owner and its employees, agents, representatives, contractors, managers, or any person acting under the owners control shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage arising or suffered by any person making use of the facilities, walks or activities including, but not limited to, personal injury or death, or any harm caused to any person, arising from, negligence by the owner or theft or from any other cause whatsoever.
3. Visitors are advised that there is building in progress on the farm and to stay away from all buildings under construction. The owner or its agents accept no liability of any kind as a result of unauthorized people straying onto the building sites in progress or under construction.
4. The Owner reserves the right to remove any person from the farm where, at the owner’s discretion, the conduct of such a person is harmful, or unsafe to that person or others, causes a nuisance or is out of character with the nature of a Biblical Garden.
5. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Right of admission is reserved by the Owners.
6. Beware of dangerous animals, insects and creatures on the farm, including snakes, scorpions, wild cats and other creatures. Best to stay on the pathways.
7. The terms of this Notice are severable. Should any legislation or other law restrict or prohibit the effect of this Notice, such restriction or prohibition shall not invalidate the remainder of this Notice.
8. Unless otherwise advised, permission is granted for Salem to post pictures of you / your group’s visit on Facebook or other digital media.
9. COVID regulations – You and all in your group are required to adhere to all relevant Covid-19 regulations as per current level of restrictions. If you exhibit any Covid related symptoms you will not be allowed to enter the premises. Visitors accept the risk and consequences for contamination.
10. Sound Policy – there are limitations to amplified sound and music. As a guideline sound should be kept to 70 dBs or below.
11. Alcohol Policy – No alcohol sales on site. You are welcome to bring your own drinks. Hard liquor not encouraged.
